What is the Contact Caddies Powerform? The Contact Caddies Powerform allows parents/carers  to make direct contact with CCPS staff via a 2-minute online form. Your query will be forwarded to our staff during school hours. The Powerform can be reached via the QR Code, by the website or newsletter.

Why use the Contact Caddies Powerform? Parents and carers who choose to use the powerform are writing to the school with the expectation of a reply phone call. Please review the school calendar and online information before completing the form. Please do not use the form for same day requests such as ‘please let my son know to meet him at the side gate at 3pm.’ Teachers won’t be checking emails during the school day while teaching classes. Immediate requests such as the one above are best addressed by calling the school office on 88145916.

Who can be contacted using the Caddies Powerform? 

Admin Team – if you need help in relation to school payments, enrolment enquiries, uniform sales, school events and general information. Enquiries for school events can usually be found on the school calendar which can be located on the school website.

Classroom Teacher – if you would like to discuss your child’s academic progress, application or emerging classroom/playground related issue

Assistant Principal – if there is a concern about ongoing problems. By engaging the supervisor of the grade, you are letting our school know the matter is significant and / or unresolved

Deputy Principal – f you have a concern that remains unresolved following engagement with the Classroom Teacher and or the Assistant Principal. You may also wish to engage the Deputy directly if you have engaged with them about an issue over time.

What will the process be if I use the Contact Caddies Powerform? Users of the form will nominate a preferred contact time and phone number and will also be asked to confirm their enquiry is not about information available online on the CCPS online calendar / website, before adding their name, child’s details, a brief outline of the issue/request and the school staff member to be contacted. The nominated staff member will receive an email with the details provided during school hours. They will endeavour to make contact by telephone within two school days on the phone number provided. Should the CCPS staff member be unable to reach you on the number provided on two occasions within this period, they will send a ‘no-reply’ email message to let you know they were unable to reach you. You will then need to fill out another form and start the communication again.

What if I want to contact the Principal? The Principal cannot be reached via the Contact Caddies Powerform. Please call the school admin team for an appointment or return telephone call. Appointments with the Principal are usually arranged following Classroom Teacher, Assistant Principal and or Deputy Principal engagement. Sometimes however, parents and carers wish to meet with the Principal in the first instance. The Deputy Principals and Principal are almost always available morning and afternoon at the school gates.
